Rodent Control Inc. provides insulation removal for single-family, standalone homes in Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Bay Area.

Rodent droppings do not automatically mean all insulation must be removed. Depending on the extent, condition and accessibility, we may recommend selective removal or full removal of affected insulation from accessible attic areas or crawl spaces. The scope is determined after inspection. Learn when insulation may need removal or replacement after rodent activity.

We recommend new insulation when a home has none or when existing insulation has been removed. After current rat or mouse activity has been addressed and identified accessible entry points have been sealed, we can install suitable batt insulation as a separate additional service, priced separately from rodent control, rodent proofing and insulation removal.
