Rodent Control Inc. provides insulation removal for detached single-family homes in our Los Angeles County, Orange County and Bay Area service areas. You can request insulation removal on its own or alongside rodent-related work.

Rodent droppings do not automatically mean all insulation must be removed. Depending on the extent, condition and accessibility, we may recommend selective removal or full removal of affected insulation from accessible attic areas or crawl spaces. The scope is determined after inspection. Learn when insulation may need removal or replacement after rodent activity.

We recommend new insulation when a home has none or when existing insulation has been removed. If active rat or mouse activity is found, we explain the rodent-control and entry-point work needed before new insulation is installed. Suitable batt insulation installation is a separate service, priced separately from insulation removal and any rodent-related work.

Standalone insulation jobs and rodent-related work are both welcome. We serve detached single-family homes. The homeowner must be present for the free inspection. We provide a verbal estimate on site.
